We are looking to hire a **Restaurant Manager (Italian Nationality)** to join our client in **Doha, Qatar.

As a restaurant manager, you are responsible to promote and ensure guest satisfaction, maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment, and ensuring only the highest quality products are being served.

Establishes rapport with guests to build guest loyalty and gather constructive feedback to ensure the satisfaction of every individual guest.

Also, the ability to handle daily team member relations, and encourage problem-solving by team members through proper training and empowerment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming guests to the venue

- Coordinate with food and beverage staff to ensure proper food presentation and proper food-handling procedures

- Manage the dining area and supervise food and beverage service staff in accordance with the operating policies of the restaurant

- Handle day-to-day management activities

- Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e. g. , to identify defects)

- Supervise opening and closing duties

- Handle customer complaints in a professional fair manner

- Greet customers upon their departure

**Qualifications**:

- Proven 3 Years of work experience as Floor Manager/Supervisor in a high-end restaurant or hotel

- Excellent Knowledge of English.

Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered an advantage

- Understanding of restaurant etiquette

- Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy

- Ability to demonstrate delegation skills

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining area

- Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks

- Excellent communication skills

- Skilled at multitasking

- Strong leadership skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Degree in Hospitality/Tourism
