Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager - Maître d'Hotel at Villa Sparina Resort located in Gavi. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, hiring new employees, and maintaining quality food and beverage service. CCNL Tourism contract. We guarantee one and a half or two days off per week depending on the role.
