Drugstore project is selecting for one of its clients a top class Restaurant Manager.

We are looking for a rocking full-time Restaurant Manager to elevate the experiences of our patrons by delivering high-energy and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Menu development

Menu engineering

Be active on the local industry

Stocktake and ordering

Looking after the day to day operations of the venue

Strictly follow procedures and control wastage levels

Staff training

Be part of a close-knit team and contribute to the overall growth of the business

Deliver exceptional customer service through patron interaction and responding to enquiries/concerns

Liaise with the Owner, Head Chef & Bar Manager to ensure smooth service & customer satisfaction

Nurture a positive work environment and lead by example

**Requirements**:

Be eligible to work in Europe

Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume and high quality cocktail bar and restaurant ( better if internationally recognized)

Ability to work well under pressure

Proven multitasking ability

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Communications skills are necessary

Must be fluent in Italian and English, other languages will be a plus.
