Your line manager will not have the authority to authorize or halt your application, but must be properly informed. Key ResponsibilitiesOperations: Lead all restaurant operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
Oversee menus, promotions, and operational checks. Economic-Financial: Manage the department's budget and financial performance, ensuring goals are met. Human Resources: Support team development through training, promote employee wellness, and foster a positive work environment. Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional service, handle customer incidents, and exceed guest expectations through personalized dining experiences. Health & Safety: Maintain a safe work environment and comply with safety protocols. QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Advanced knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and Office 365. Fluent in English (additional language skills a plus).
