**RESTAURANT MANAGER - Reggio Emilia (RE)**:

We are looking for a Store Manager to join our restaurant La Limonaia in the wonderful Boutique Relais of the Venturini Baldini Estate in the hills of Reggio Emilia.

**Tasks**:

Management of a team of people in order to guarantee the productivity of the of the restaurant in the context of an ambitious growth process. .

Staff shift planning and responsibility for the local income statement.

Verification of compliance with regulations and laws in terms of hygiene, quality and safety.

Assistance to corporate functions in matters of recruiting and training.

**Requirements**:

Car owner

Knowledge of Italian and English

Previous experience in the high level catering sector

Previous experience in leading a team of people
