For one of the main made in italy brands in the têxtile sector we are looking for a Retail and CRM IT Specialist that will be part of the IT department.

**Reporting to the Group IT Department you will be responsible for**:

- Managing and facilitating the collection of business requirements, interacting with Retail and E-Commerce business process owners, and identifying the proper technical solutions, managing the development plans, the testing activities, and the related rollouts

- Proposing evolutions on Retail and E-Commerce platforms (in areas like Loyalty, Promotions, Payment systems) supporting the business in understanding costs and benefits

- Supporting and monitoring IT projects, ensuring the coordination and the quality of the product and service delivery from the different teams (including external providers)

- Monitoring and managing the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) platform, ensuring the requested changes are in line with the internal business processes and market best-practices

- Monitoring the status of support tickets, making sure that all the actors (internal and external) are activated up to the final resolution

**Professional qualifications & technical skills**:

- At least 3 years of experience in retail, E-Commerce industries or consultancy firm

- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft 365 apps and services

- Good knowledge of supply-chain processes

- Experience on IT Transformation projects within the retail industry (in retail or consulting companies), including E-Commerce platforms

- Good knowledge of IT service management processes and solutions (Freshservice is a nice to have)

- English - Good knowledge

- Ability to interact with other IT and business stakeholders and external suppliers

- Teamwork orientation

- Curiosity and innovation
