Retail & Merchandising Assistant (Tempo Determinato)

Scope:
Reporting to the EMEAIR Retail Director, he/she will work on Retail and Buying & Retail Merchanding activities.
She/he will create file and analysis, collect data, organize meetings, monitor processes and be in contact with the Retail people.
Main responsibilities:
- RETAIL- Create and update general reporting on sales, market trends, competitors;-
- Coordinate with Retail people in Store (organising of meetings, retail gatherings compiling of information from all stores, ect);-
- Support with travel arrangements (Retail Director/Buyer Europe/Stores teams);-
- Update with regularity ales analysis;-
- Create presentations in PowerPoint, Graphs, ect;BUYING & RETAIL MERCHANDISING- Monitor stock consolidations & stock transfers and support the management of issues if necessary;-
- Liaise with the store managers on client request;-
- Create and update data/sales analysis;-
- Buy books for stores;-
- Create and collect merchandising training materials;-
- Analyze competitors and create a benchmark;-
- Be a support to analyze the market: order entry, follow up of daily business;-
- Buying preparation reporting;-
- Create Outlet business analysis. - Requirements:
- Previous experience of a similar role, within a luxury brand;
- Good knowledge of Office Package;
- Proficient in Excel and PPT;
- Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high-pressure environment;
- Motivated by being a great teammate with a common goal;
- Fluent in Italian and English.
