**BAT ITALY IS LOOKING FOR A RETAIL ACTIVATION INTERN

**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Intern

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

This role is part of Italy Brand Deployment & Activation Team based in Rome and is a great opportunity to learn and get fully involved in a multi-cultural, open environment.

As a Retail Activation Intern you will be part of the Italy Brand Deployment & Activation Team supporting in multiple activities.

Strategic topics as well as operational tasks right from the beginning and be part of a dynamic team contributing to the business results.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

- Plan, support, report and monitor the implementation campaign of retail activity with the aim of ensuring best in class experience

- Provide Maintenance and advice on retail and Commercial staff (Digital platforms)

- Screens ticket management

- Supervise and support in new contracts procedure

- Suppliers' invoicing check

- Support on ad-hoc project

- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry

- Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office package, in particular of Excel & PowerPoint

- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Italian

- Current enrolment/degree in Marketing, Digital, Business Management or other related fields of study

- Strong analytical skills

- Strong team player attitude

- Positive and constructive attitude

- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to a changing environment

- Previous working experience - especially in a Retail Marketing environment is considered a plus
