Retail Allocator
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Retail Allocator to join our team and support the Demand Planning Manager.
In this entry-level role, you will assist with stock allocation and inventory management to ensure that stores are properly stocked to meet customer demand.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail and looking to develop their career in planning and merchandising.
Key Responsibilities: Support the Demand Planning Manager in allocating stock to stores based on sales trends and inventory needs.
Monitor stock levels across stores and flag issues such as low stock or overstock.
Assist with replenishment processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
Analyze sales and inventory data to provide insights into product performance.
Generate and maintain reports on stock allocation, sell-through rates, and inventory trends.
Work closely with the Demand Planning Manager and other team members to align on stock distribution strategies.
Communicate with store teams to gather feedback on inventory needs and performance.
Assist in the preparation for seasonal allocations and promotional activities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong numerical and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions from senior team members.
Interest in retail, planning, or merchandising; previous internship or work experience in a similar role is a plus.
Eager to learn and develop within the role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
