We are looking for a Retail Architect to join our Sales Department.

The mission of the Retail Architect is to design and apply the retail concept to the store.

What will you do: Develops the layout and design for new openings and renovation projects, adhering to the defined concept, timeline, and assigned budget integrating and harmonizing inputs and requirements from all functions involved in the process and providing design concepts for architectural and interior design solutions.

Coordinates suppliers and partners, ensuring accurate communication and detailed project documentation, from the initial phase through completion.

Ensures project execution aligns with the established timelines and budget.

Responsibilities include defining the concept and its distinguishing architectural elements.

Additionally, the role may involve adapting the concept to specific market requirements in collaboration with the Marketing team.

Requirements: Degree in Architecture/Engineering or equivalent; Previous work experience in the field of architecture/civil engineering or construction (experience in the F&B sector is a plus); Strong AutoCAD, 3D programs, and Excel skills; Strong problem-solving skills; Avaialability to travel frequently; Goal-oriented mindset; Fluency in Italian and English.
