What you'll do: You will join the Retail Administration team, reporting directly to the Retail Complaints Associate Manager;You will manage the dispatch of communications for the Retail Administration team;You will be responsible for handling complaints and overseeing the sending and monitoring of institutional PECs;You will collect, organize, and follow up on information from different business functions when needed;You will create and update reports on PECs and complaints. Who you are: You have a diploma or a degree, preferably in law or administration;You have excellent communication skills and can interact effectively with various business functions;You have a good understanding of PEC management;You have advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel;You have strong logical reasoning abilities, and you are organized and precise;You are able to work in a dynamic, challenging, and structured environment.
