**Mission

Assist Head of Controlling & Internal Audit in steering financial objectives for Sephora Italy being a business partner for Sales Department and HQ departments.

**Key Activities**:

- Sales, margin and cost control (payroll and Overhead)

- Direct participation in the closing and forecasting processes

- Analyzing and Reporting main KPIs internally and to Zone

- Daily target definition in regards to sales and productivity by store

- Contribute to store efficiency projects by analyzing and streamlining the main activities performed in the store

- Contribute to spreading the finance culture within the organization

**Profile Requirements

- Analysis and Reporting Skills

- Cost Control and Optimization

- Knowledge and experience in Retail is a plus

- English fluency
