In this role, you will support the Beauty Advisors by acting as liaison between the office and the field.

**How you will create a beautiful impact**:

- Coordinating and scheduling staff work schedules (logistics for animations & events, BAs holidays coverage, training assistance, marketing support, etc)

- Controlling and approving time off requests for POS population

- Monitoring and maintaining POS systems to ensure they are working properly

- Support to the rest of the departments when they carry out duties for retail/BA such as CRM, Marketing, Training, HR, etc

- Provides trusted analysis of the information gathered in the retail platforms and create reports that help the Retail area (daily/weekly reports)

- Provide essential operational support to our retailers, proactively responding to operational requests with a service and solution-oriented approach

- Facilitate the arrival of new store employees by managing their equipment and onboarding in collaboration with the Education and HR teams

**What you need to become our next audacious talent**:

- Knowledge of the Beauty industry in Italy desirable

- Excellent communication skills

- SAP

- Computer skills (excel and power point)

- Pro-active team player

- Language: Italian and English fluent
