Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate the Retail Core Competence Center Team

- Master Data:

- Ensure that Customer Master Data and related master data are properly maintained based on received input

- Ensure that VAS master data are properly maintained based on received input

- Order-management:

- Monitor and track the Retail order book

- Perform excellent & pro-active order-management based on agreed KPI's.

Ensure a clean order-book which is managed pro-actively.

- Below duties are mainly in the SAP environment

- Process sell-in and sell-out orders

- Post stock adjustments as needed

- Process, monitor and report returns, shop 2 shop transfers

- Support stock take activities

- Interface monitoring and resolving of potential issues

- Track and maintain system activities (orders/ deliveries/ invoices) using a standard reporting from SAP-BW

- Monitoring & housekeeping:

- Take part in daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly monitoring and housekeeping exercise

- to keep good data integrity,

- to resolve incomplete orders and

- to keep a high delivery performance

**Your ideal profile**:

- 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service area

- Experience working with SAP

- Experience in Team Management

- Excellent planning and organizational skills

- Time management skills and the ability to priorities effectively and delegate when appropriate

- Accuracy and methodology in execution of operational tasks
