Position**:

The role has the responsibility to support the Demand and Operations Manager in the sales and operation planning process implementation, including tools.

He/She is responsible of products and markets performance analysis, replenishment orders, products allocation, business tracking reports update and maintenance.

Main responsibilities:

- Support the manager in developing and implementing the new sales and operation planning process, including tools;

- Consolidate key information from different department, such as sales forecast, delivery plan, etc. , to build a global picture of the business;

- Support the manager in the forecast analysis and stock coverage calculation to secure demand-supply balance;

- Place replenishment and raw material procurement orders to production according to the needs;

- Monitor replenishment orders confirmation and work closely with supply chain team to secure the execution of the delivery plan;

- Analyze products and markets performance to process regional allocation of replenished goods in order to maximize sales performance and according to priority;

- Monitor raw material investment consumption;

- Update current business tracking reports and actively contribute to the creations of new ones to supports new business requirements

**Profile**:

- Master/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration and/or Statistics;

- Fluent in English, any other language is a plus;

- At least 2-3 years of working experience, ideally in Planning or equivalent roles;

- Strong analytical skills and ability to deal with large amount of data;

- Ability to process information in a meaningful and concise manner and to prepare executive summary presentation;

- Flexibility, open mindset and wiling to learn;

- Strong team player;

- Proactivity;

- Excellent user of MS Office suite
