Retail Design Coordinator
Role purpose**:
The Retail Design Coordinator will be responsible to drive the store design concept its implementation and contributes to support the sales strategy in building up a strong brand image and customer purchase journey optimization.
Partnering with corporate and regional teams (mainly, Strategy, Retail Development, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Sales) has the responsibility of defining all the store design elements and store layout in order to ensure the best customer experience for the retail channels.
**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:
- Design the store concept evolution based on corporate pillars, ensuring contemporary design and sustainability, engineering and concept development with consultants and suppliers according, to the sales strategy and customer experience pillars.
- Concept personalization for different marketing and sales requests, ensuring Implementation of the Store Design book/guidelines at the regional level, reviewing and approving the projects layout
- Review consultants and contractors' drawings to ensure consistency with projects and concepts, keeping relationships with suppliers and consultants and working closely with them for mock up, sample materials search, and finalizing technical details
- Being the Store Design/Planning contact point with all stakeholder in charge of the shop/corner construction.
- Responsible for budgeting e expenses for the team.

- Creative, forward-thinking, and innovative approach with an attention to detail and a drive for outstanding and correct execution
- Project management skills and hand on experience in implementing projects, well organized with attention to details
- Strong analytical mindset and problem solving skill and ability to present in an efficient and effective manner
- High communication skills and ability to co-ordinate and work with different cross-functions and with external partners.
- Highly energetic, with ability to mix a high level strategy approach with 'can-do' attitude and a desire to self-develop
**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:
- University Degree qualification (Interior Design / Architecture)
- Proven track record in project management
- English proficiency
- Office tools proficiency
