Position**:

During this internship you will be part of the Retail Excellence Department in Milan HQ, and will support all the initiatives and projects of the function.

Particularly you will contribute to the team effectiveness focusing on:

**Training organization

- Support to the Retail Excellence training activities both with planning and overall logistics of the training sessions and special events, with direct support on site

- Support to the collection and analysis of trainings' feedbacks and attendances

**Digital Learning

- Use Made to Learn Retail app as a system admin to support the overall Digital Learning management

- Create and review Digital training material and make sure defined approach, templates, translations and quality standards are respected

**Guest Experience

- Support the analysis of all the Guest Experience tools (NPS, Google My Business) in order to create consistency and provide support to the Regional teams for continuous improvement

**Analysis and follow-up

- Analyze qualitative and quantitative Training KPIs

**Additional Information**:

This is a 6 month full-time internship opportunity starting from May.

**Profile**:

- Master's Degree in Humanities, Management or Economics

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint)

- Ability to analyze and synthesize information

- Team working attitude and flexibility

- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
