We're looking for a brillant Retail Excellence Specialist who will join our Retail Performance Team to boost and accelerate the development of a Retail execution and excellence driven culture across our global network.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Support the Retail team to enhance and accelerate in driving retail performance at store level and to ensure and effectively implement selected KPIs, activities, plans and initiatives

- Develop new ideas and new business solutions with the goal of continuously improve and raise sales effectiveness and Brand Retail Standards

- Develop and oversee the implementation of customer centric initiatives designed to drive growth, profitability and customer satisfaction

- Partner with omnichannel and ecommerce team to design and roll out the omnichannel journey

- Act as project manager for key retail initiatives and cooperates with local teams in ensuring roll-out speed and effectiveness

- Drive, solicit and coordinate the effective contribution from all the support functions to ensure the proper and timely implementation of initiatives

- Build consistent, relevant and effective development tools and frameworks to ensure building retail execution and excellence capabilities across the network

- Manage and promote retail and operation training to store staff to ensure quality service and customer journey is well-maintained within all stores

**Job requisition

- Minimum 3 years of retail excellence experience in international luxury brands or key department stores

- Business Consulting experience is a plus

- Proven track record of effective initiative implementation and ability to drive business results

- Strong team player with proven ability to collaborate and drive alignment on business leaders level

- In-depth knowledge of the state of Retail in the Luxury world, as well as highest standards of Client Experience

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to challenge status quo

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details

- Strong communication and presentation skills making an impact in engaging others

- International background and previous experience in a Fashion Company would be a plus
