BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

We are looking for a young graduate who will support the Retail Facility Manager in the maintenance services of the stores within the EMEA region.

In this role, you will: Support in updating and monitoring planned maintenance activities (HVAC, electrical, special system, etc. ); Communicate regularly about the progress of repairs and planned activities; Ensure follow-up and updates of activities in the filing system; Collaborate in tracking costs for the periodical reporting; Keep contact with the stores and internal stakeholders for all type of maintenance and improvement operations; Support tracking maintenance requests, ensuring that works are carried out effectively and in a timely manner; Participate in regular checks to ensure maintenance activities are conducted in line with defined standards and contractual agreements, monitoring vendor KPIs. For this role, we're looking for someone with: University Degree (Architecture/ Engineering); Time and process management abilities; Knowledge of CAD; Excellent knowledge of the Office Package, in particular Excel; High flexibility and reactivity; Technical expertise on plant and retail environment is a plus; Previous 6-month experience (at least) in the role; Fluent English and Italian, French or German is a plus; Availability to attend business trips.
