Job Summary: As the Leader, Fragrance Counter Manager, you oversee the operation and success of the Macy's fragrance counter.

You are responsible for sharing your extensive product knowledge and developing and motivating a team of colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales goals.

You will partner with the Sales and Customer Experience Manager and beauty vendors to execute company and store-based events to achieve sales goals.

Merchandise new receipts, process damages, testers and select merchandise to return to vendorsOversee presentation, organization, storing and stock replenishmentAdhere to safety and hygiene standards; comply with asset protection control proceduresWho you are: Focused on upholding Macy's dedication to fulfilling ideals of diversity, inclusion and respect that our company aspires to achieve, every day in every store and office, with every customer and associate1-2 years of direct experience is preferredHas advanced authority and expertise in a specific brandFlexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidaysStrong interpersonal skillsResourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing prioritiesHigh school graduate or equivalent (general education degree or GED)Essential Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing/walking around the store or departmentFrequent use of computers, handheld electronic equipment and cash registersReaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping and color visionLifting and moving items weighing up to 25 lbs.
