Cheil Italy, the data-driven creativity Agency under the Samsung Group, is looking for a creative and innovative Retail Head of Design to join our Retail Team! Are you looking for a team management role, without giving up the creative side of design?

Reporting to the Retail Director, you will be responsible for the management of the Designer Department as well as for the development and management of big retail design projects for international Clients.

The projects will focus on the ideation and development of brand/flagship stores, shop in shop, corners, islands, and innovative digital and interactive displays.

Roles & Responsibilities:Management and coordination of the Design departmentCreation, development and execution (3D modelling & renderings)Management of the various steps of the project and day-to-day activities relatedMeeting clients with account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the jobFeasibility study (Technical skills)External suppliers coordination and project estimationProject implementation and deliveryRequired Skills:Minimum 7 years' experience as Senior Project DesignerProven experience in the retail fieldProven experience in team managementExcellent in 3D (modeling and rendering)Experience managing external/internal stakeholdersAutonomy, stress management, accuracyProactive approach, creative and innovativeStrong time management skillsGood knowledge of English, both written and spokenTeam approachPlease note: APPLICATION WITHOUT PERSONAL PORTFOLIO WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
