Job Description:We are seeking a professional specializing in Leasing for Retail High Street, with a strong focus on Agency activities.
Additionally, on an opportunistic basis, the role may involve tasks related to Capital Markets.
The Retail High Street resource will be a client-facing person.
He/She should possess enthusiasm, a propensity for teamwork, strong communication and interpersonal skills, an aptitude for technology, and good linguistic skills.
Your main activities will include:
Independent Clients Management (Investors, Landlords, Tenants)Leads origination (new mandates and clients)Independent Mandates Execution (Agency focus)Negotiations and Deals Management (Agency focus)Qualifications:Academic degree (Architecture/Engineer/Economics preferred)Knowledge of the International Retail Market focused on High Street and Luxury>7 years of relevant experienceNative Italian speaker or C1 level, proficient in EnglishFamiliar with Office Package, especially with Excel and PowerPointIndependent management of relationships and negotiations with the main market players (Landlords, Investors, Retailers, etc.
