JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: The Business Development team contributes to the generation of store turnover through the development of medical prescriptions and agreements with third-party companies. It guarantees the implementation and monitoring of institutional, territorial and digital initiatives through the activities of the Salmoiraghi & Viganò Foundation towards the medical profession and in particular towards the ophthalmologist. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES: Support in the definition and monitoring of the KPI's of the Business Development commercial channel (Business Development Dashboard), including the Business Funnel, forecast and ytd in its various forms and the View Flow of the health insurance channel. Support in the development of conventions, ean codes and discount descriptions. Support shops for issues related to GLPI-conventions. Support in the analysis and production of reports. Support the manager in the development and implementation of insured channel agreements with brokers and health insurance companies. Support in the development of national agreements with acquiring agencies and coordinate the activity of territorial acquiring. Marketing digital vouchers through welfare platforms and marketplaces. Support in the development of operating manuals, guidelines and communications to the store network. NETWORK OF INTERACTION: INTERNAL: Business Development Field Expert, Area Manager, Stores, Marketing, Controlling and GBS teams, IT, Store Operations. EXTERNAL: Insurance companies and brokers, Grant agencies, Flexible Benefits and Marketplaces platforms, Private third-party companies, External service providers. TECHNICAL SKILLS – PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE: Analytical and problem-solving skills. Good use of the Office package. SOFT SKILLS: Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes.
