JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

- Drive consistency and processes across the Assortment & Planning teams including system settings and best business practices

- Develop and deliver training to new and existing users, create necessary documentation and ensure it is accessible in a user friendly repository.

- Collaborate with users on future system enhancements that may be needed to support new business models.

Partner with IT on design, testing and implementation.

- Counsel business partners on how to execute different strategies using the planning system

- Work with project team to scope new Planning System, evaluate options and lead implementation from a business user perspective

NETWORK OF INTERACTION:

INTERNAL : IT (information technology team), Directors & Category Managers, Retail Merchandisers & Assortment Specialist, Store Planners & Merch Financial Planners, GTM & Product/LifecycleTeams

EXTERNAL : System Vendors

TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE:

- 2-4 years direct work experience in Planning role and/or systems administration, and/or process improvement

- English Fluent

- Master Degree in Economics/Engineering

- Excel and Powerpoint proficiency

- Professional experience on at least one BI tool (BO is preferred)

- Excellent problem solving, strategic & creative thinking, analytical skills

- Strong proficiency in projects/processes key factors identification and their implications mapping and effective representation

- Drive for results, being flexible and reactive in prioritizing and accomplishing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Outstanding team working and communication/presentation skills

- Ability to manage projects in a cross-functional context

- Integrity and maturity

- Project management skills
