Bulgari Italia Spa is searching for the Retail Marketing and CRM Manager, based in Rome.

The position will be in charge of all marketing activities for JWA (Jewelry, Watches, Accessories) related to the Ownerships channel.

**Accountabilities

- Identify, negotiate and implement the yearly Retail Marketing plan

- Manage and consolidate the Italy support budget (all channels), carefully monitoring it at each budget revision and updating the schedule of the different initiatives.

- Support sales in developing, implementing and improving plans, initiatives, events and actions aimed at developing relations with clients.

- Define CRM strategy and KPI.

Ensure the full implementation of plans coordinating stores.

- Spread the CRM culture among all Bulgari stores putting customers first in each and every activity planned and launched.

- Help the team to deep dive in client profile, behaviour and preferences to personalize the experience, leveraging on the Best practice.

- Analyse & monitor the market of reference in terms of competitors' activities, trends, market share etc.

**Qualifications

- Minimum **5 **years of experience in a similar position - experience abroad will be considered a must

- Ability to communicate results / customers' insight at all business levels facilitating action plans definition

- Fluency in Italian and English
