RETAIL MANAGER**:

- DHL Express Italy, _ the world's leading express and logistics company, part of the Deutsche Post DHL Group, awarded No. 1 World's Best Workplace 2021, is looking for a **Retail Manager** who will join the Retail team, within the **Marketing Departmen**t and will be responsible for communication activities, training, implementation and extension of the offer, processes, procedures and trade marketing.

**MAIN TASKS**:

- Development of the consumer product and services

- Focus on call and click channel revenue development

- Ensure and improve retail business processes and procedures

- Implementing an effective and efficient trade marketing and communication strategy

- Cross-functional project management with different stakeholders and communication at different levels of the organization

- Ensures the achievement of the department KPIs

- Constructs the training package with the relevant company functions and delivers it to the various stakeholders as required

- Analyses training needs and prepares a tailor-made package to be delivered

- Participation in international projects

**People management

- Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach assigned targets

- Develop and maintain a motivated team by creating a "Feedback and Coaching culture"

- Develop collaborators, challenge them and grow.

Identify the strengths and contributions of each

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- University degree

- At least 5 years of experience in this role (or similar)

- Required previous experience in People management

- Previous experience in Project management, preferably in the Retail Area -_ will be considered a plus_

- Knowledge of digital marketing tools

- Excellent knowledge of the Office package

- Fluent written and spoken English (advanced)
