Our **Retail Manager Fendt** stands as a beacon of excellence in the realm of farm machinery **for the central area, from Emilia Romagna to Abruzzo**.

He/She will be responsible for a target oriented sales funnel management on dealer / importer level and will represent the brand FENDT towards the retail customer in day-to-day business.

With a finger on the pulse of the industry, our manager not only anticipates the needs of our customers but also pioneers solutions that redefine farming efficiency.

**Your Impact

- To ensure the satisfaction of every FENDT customer NPS (Net Promoter Score): preparation and execution of product consultations and demonstrations; supporting salespeople in closing challenging deals; local implementation and monitoring of centrally prepared activities such as launch campaigns, field days, exhibitions, trade fairs, etc.

in cooperation with the distributor; reacts quickly and comprehensively to negative results in customer satisfaction surveys

**Your Experience and Qualifications

- Bachelor Degree in Agricultural Sciences or Economics.

Alternatively, sufficient relevant experience as Area Manager or similar role.

- Independent and autonomous organization of the workload

- Italian & English language
