Are you a talent developer, business driver and customer oriented?

You speak fluent Italian and English.

French is a plus!

**What do we expect from you?

The Retail manager is in charge of supervising operations, consolidation and developing the retail activities for his/her scope.

(S)he reports to the Market Director Italy.

Your main tasks will be:

**Boutique management & environment

Lead the business development, monitor performance and design action plans.

Manage and support the deployment of retail projects

Oversee store operations activities through the management of the Retail Operations Coordinator

**Client Experience

Ensure excellence in customer service

Supervise CRM actions

**Engages, develops and leads a diverse team

Guarantee an optimal organization of the shops, recruit the right HR skills

Define and implement training programs with the local trade trainer

Evaluate performance and develop people's potential, federate and retain talent.

**Monitor

Set sales targets, track sales forecasts, contribute to the annual plan, business reviews

Provide qualitative analysis of results and KPIs

Sales objectives, key elements of the P&L, and budget of the stores
