Retail Marketing Manager

On behalf of an important cosmetics company, we are looking for a:
**Retail Marketing & Intelligence Manager
The Retail Marketing & Intelligence Manager is in charge of collaborating in Marketing Plan creation with the Brands and ensuring its properly and effectively translation in the Retail Distribution Channel to achieve business objectives through:
- Coordination with the Brands to identify a marketing plan that could drive into an efficient promotional plan and animation for the retail world;
- Ensure the perfect execution of marketing plan in the retail channel (FSS, DS and CCS) according to the brand and retail strategy;
- Work closely with brand to develop and implement retail activation and brand experience to retain existing clients and recruit new customers;
- Implement marketing projects designed for the retail to maximize the profitability of the retail and generate a positive impact on the main retail KPI's;
- Monitor and report results deriving from the implementation of the marketing plan
- Provide analysis of activations/projects to identify best practices;
- Briefing and monitoring execution by Visual Merchandising and Retail Teams;
- Work in synergy and be a link with other departments, as Brands, CRM, VM;
- Build and develop strong relationships and partnerships with retailers;
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement by a retail point of view;
- Supporting Key Account Managers and Brand in preparing Retailer discussions, in particular regarding the promotional calendar and the Trade and Visual related to retail.
**Requirements**:
- University degree in Marketing or equivalent;
- At least 5/7 years of marketing experience in a retail/cosmetics;
- Fluency in English;
- Strong strategic accountability in marketing, preferred in retail trade marketing;
- Great knowledge of market and consumers dynamics;
- Strategic and creative thinking and developed entrepreneurial attitude;
- Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships among all cross-functional teams;
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills;
- Strong PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint, SAP and Business Intelligence (Power BI).
