Retail Marketing Manager - Italy
Job Description**:
Lead in the processing of retail (offline and online) marketing planning, execution and on-line activation for the licences portfolio and key Ips in the Italian market.
Development of the licensing business in Direct To Retail clients.
**Responsabilities**:
- Develop retail plan that is consistent across all consumer touch points.
- Work with local Category Manager on campaign needs and objectives and ensuring consistency and excellence in execution.
- Deployment of Signature Campaigns across key retail partners & licenses ensuring strong retail support and commercialization.
- Build partnerships with agencies & partners in campaign development and follow up.
- Budget reporting.
- Create reports, track and analyze performance of retail marketing activities.
- Develop the Direct to Retail business.
- 3-5 years of experience in similar positions.
- Have an overall understanding of the working of different retail channels in Italy - dept.
stores, hyper markets, global fast fashion/ lifestyle retail, and e-commerce channels.
- Strategic mindset to identify, develop & create new business opportunities.
- Experience in the retail / licensing industry preferred, with strong interpersonal and people management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
- Strong presentation skills to present ideas and concepts.
- Languages: English(C1).
Spanish is a plus.
- Digital skills to implement online campaigns.
- Online retail and fashion ecosystem awareness: main players, apps and websites.
- Knowledge of the main ecommerce managers in terms of operation, features and strengths and in online advertising and social selling (SEM, Social media ads, Amazon Ads, . . . )
