Position: Retail Marketing Specialist We are seeking a results-driven retail marketing specialist to join our dynamic retail team and actively enhance the presence and visibility of our products within retail environments.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED Develop and implement communication plan to optimize product visibility, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align retail efforts with overall marketing and sales objectives; Localizing HQ visibility materials and see to the production of materials to keep brand consistency and increase brand exposure; Conceptualize, create and monitor in-store displays to attract customer attention and drive sales; Support the organization, and implementation of retail in-store events; Coordinate and assist in quarterly/annual budget plan.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR At least 5 years of experience in retail marketing Bachelor's degree or above Strong multitasking abilities, effective prioritization, and the capability to meet objectives on time and within budget.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive informed decision-making Work proficiency in English and Italian Willingness to travel frequently to various retail locations #J-18808-Ljbffr
