On behalf of a **prestigious Luxury Brand**, we are looking for a:

**Retail Merchandiser

The Retail Merchandiser will report to the Merchandising Director and will support in defining assortment strategy and store cluster definition, in buying and planning of the collections and delivering the relevant product training within the region.

The Retail Merchandiser is a key reference person for Store managers and sales team to support the business through an agile management of stock and assortment.

Provide analytical and qualitative feedback to Collection Merchandising to cooperate to the creation of a successful collection.

ACTIVITIES:

- Stock Management, which includes weekly replenishment to stores, management of store-to-store transfers, product consolidation;

- Buying: review of OTB, seasonal buying and carry-over replenishment in order to reach business targets;

- Support to stores to process Clients' special orders;

- Reporting: provide MD with Weekly sales reports including week's sales by category versus last year, seasonal sell thru report and best/poor sellers report, competitive analysis, and stores' qualitative feedback;

- Support VM to ensure product representation is coherent with business targets and brand image;

- Provide product training to store teams.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous experience in the Retail Merchandising/Buying function;

- Strong analytical skills, and ability to provide insights based on quantitative and qualitative analysis;

- Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;

- Result-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, team working attitude and flexibility;

- Effective communication skills;

- Strong interest in fashion trends and luxury market evolution;

- Fluent in Italian and English both spoken and written.
