Position**:

**Main responsibilities

- To analyze and monitor in a weekly and monthly base the sales trend

- To maintain a high turnover of stock and optimize the stock level working together with SC

- To support in all the buying campaign activities

- To analyze the performance by cluster in order to taylor the assortment

- To make sure each store has a congruent and unique product offer and respect of the visual merchandising guidelines

- To participate to the launch of new products and follow-up the development of these products in all the network

- To analyze every aspect of best sellers ensuring that they reach their full potential

- To monitor slow sellers to react fast with actions

**Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree or master in Fashion studies or Economics

- Fluent in Italian and English

- At least 1 year of experience in retail merchandising or collection merchandising

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel and Power Point;

- Strong analytical skills;

- Good organizational skills

- Team player, problem-solver and detail oriented;

- Passionate about fashion and luxury;

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills;

- A prior experience in a similar role will be considered a plus.
