On behalf of a Luxury Premium Fashion Brand, we are now looking for a:

**Retail Merchandising Manager

As a central Retail Merchandising Manager, your main mission will be to ensure the achievement of the retail / e-Commerce performance targets through supervision of the buying and stock distribution activity.

**Responsibilities

- Monitor retail performance (sales/inventory by category and region, best sellers, slow movers etc. )

and define specific actions to maximize performance;

- Define MFO master order and drive regional buying and orders review;

- Management of the HQ Bulk (buying, distribution);

- Collect product feedback and market insights through ongoing relationships with regional teams;

- Qualitative analysis of the available stock to create cohesive packages and planning/coordination of product launches in store in coordination with the Visual team and markets;

- Partner with Production and logistic teams to ensure smooth delivery flow, and track deliveries from production to central warehouse and from warehouse to regions;

- Support the Visual team to ensure the image in store is aligned to channel strategy in terms of key messages/themes to be displayed, space by product category;

- Collaborate with the Collection merchandising team in developing collection briefs;

- Develop and share Product training materials together with Collection Merchandising;

- Deliver any ad hoc administration and assistant duties to ensure the smooth running of the team.

**Requirements**:

- +8 Years' experience in retail merchandising/buying;

- In-depth knowledge across all women's product categories with a focus on ready-to-wear;

- Knowledge of the main players in the related business and a strong fashion sense;

- Knowledge of the main players in the related business and a strong fashion sense;

- Ability to understand current market trends and buying strategy;

- Excellent merchandising skills with attention to detail;

- Skills in the analysis of sales and market data;

- Ability to both communicate and negotiate effectively;

- Fluent in Italian and English.
