You will work with an extended network of professionals focused on Automotive/Mobility/Retail sector in the Direct Sales Area and be engaged in:

Design & Implementation of Direct 2 consumer programs;

Retail Network transformation programs implementation;

Project governance, macro planning design and monitoring;

Continuous scouting, trend & market observation, and idea generation contribution;

Team coordination and junior resources development;

Projects financial management;

Direct interactions with different stakeholders;

2 7 years of experience in Retail/Automotive Industry with focus on Retail Transformation & new operating models;

Strong practice on the following topics both business wise and on main supporting digital solutions:

distribution models, direct 2 consumer vs indirect sales strategies, omnichannel journey management, Customer Sales & Services programs, CRM campaign processes, store digitalization;

Analytical skills and ability to conduct data-drive business analysis and action plans;

A Master Degree in Economics or Engineering

You speak and write English fluently
