You will have the opportunity to join our South-East Europe Retail Department as the **Retail Operations & Performance Trainee**.

In this role you will support the Retail Operations & Performance team in the roll out of their strategic projects as well as the day to day operational tasks.

**You will make an impact by**:

- Supporting the implementation of global technical projects in our market by:

- Facilitating the launch of transversal projects

- Follow up and support the project implementation flow

- Gather feedback from boutique and office staff

- Assist stakeholders

- Being actively involved in developing the New Boutique experience though:

- Helping the boutiques organise workshops

- Extrapolate the relevant outcomes

- Participating in the development sessions with HQ

- Monitoring the impacts of the developments and define the practical aspects of the experience lines

- Defining blocking points on projects with systematic solutions

- Improving internal communication by co-constructing a morning brief format

- Constantly monitoring the Retail Innovation by:

- Researching potential Innovation partners

- Developing a constant reporting on competitor activity and evolution

- Assisting with the development of the omnichannel approach in the region by:

- Keeping track of the performance of all new Omnichannel features

- Sustaining the cooperation between the Boutique and E-Commerce teams

- Supporting daily the Retail Operations & Performance Team by:

- Gathering and consolidating cross departmental presentations and reports

- Aiding with the bureaucratic tasks (vendor supplier forms, PO creations, etc )

**How will you experience success with us**:

- You possess excellent written and oral skills in Italian and English

- You have expert Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, etc )

- You are able to multi-task and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment

- You are analytical and oriented to details

- You are a problem solver with process management skills

- You like working in a team and are not afraid to face any challenges

- Previous experience in the Retail sector is a plus
