Reporting to the retail manager Europe, the Retail Operations Coordinator is the main point of contact for store managers and store based employees on any in-store operational, back of house and logistic activity.
**MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To ensure all stores operates in accordance with corporate policies and procedures to maximize net sales.
- To manage the FOH replenishment of all stock and non-stock articles to support the client experience including, packaging, stationery, refreshments and any other relevant non-stock procurement.
- To work closely with the Customer Service team regarding store issues such as deliveries, dispatches, product transfer.
- To manage end of season returns full process either to central warehouse or directly to outlets.
- Actively participate in all new store opening, re-locations and closures.
- To manage the staff uniform allocation and relevant size adjustments.
- To support the Store Managers to manage the Asset and Profit Protection to effectively reduce shrinkage.
- To support the store manager with all aspects of inventory control and any stock related matter.
- To actively participate in the bi-annual stock take supporting stores team on stock counts and identify and correct discrepancies.
- In partnership with IT department ensures the efficiency of all IT equipment in store and their constant up to date.
- To support the store network on Operation System to ensure highest level of user's experience
- Facilitate training sessions on BOH as and when needed
- Collaboration with marketing, client engagement, merchandising, visual merchandising, facilities or any other such department.
- To maintain the highest standard with regards to cleaning, maintenance and Health and Safety including leading any locally required legislation.
- Regularly visits stores
**JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing;
- 3-5 years experience in similar role;
- Previous administration experience and cash handling experience;
- Excellent understanding of all programs on Microsoft Office;
- Passion for technology and proven ability to embrace new technology;
- Written and Spoken fluency in Italian and English, any other language will be considered a plus
