For our HQ in the city center of Milan, we are looking for a Retail Operations intern who will join the Buccellati Retail Operations Department directly reporting to the Retail Operations Manager.

In particular, the intern will provide daily support to the Team, in the following activities:

- **Visual Merchandising and Packaging Activities**:

- Manage Packaging and Visual Merchandising needs for stores;

- Stock control and management of Pack and VM reorders with the supplier;

- Follow up with the supplier in the creation of new props to support any new lines and launches;

- Follow the development of seasonal animations on the store by drawing up briefs to activate the creative tenders and then follow the prototyping and production phases, guaranteeing the delivery deadline on the store;

- Development of VM and Pack guidelines;

- Update Excel files with new launches of props and packs;

- Provide support in budgeting activities and management of estimates and invoices;

- Provide support management of shop staff uniforms.

- Support new store openings;

- Support the stores in any problems to be managed;

- Manage shopping experience activities;

- Manage reporting activities;

- Estimates' and invoices' budgeting and management;

- Provide support in creating a satisfying shopping atmosphere and experience in stores.

**Requirements**:

- Graduating or graduate in Economics / Communication;

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel;

- Strong organizational and problem solving skills;

- Extreme care and attention to detail in the execution of each office output;

- Strong initiative and control skills for the homogeneity and accuracy of the data provided by the office;

- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Italian;

- High propensity to use information systems;

- Excellent interpersonal skills and to work in a team even outside their own areas of expertise.
