**As part of the Sales Department, Retail Operations Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions**:

- Analysis and reporting of store KPIs

- Be the contact person for stores on StoreForce

- Support the preparation of meetings between Sales and Corporate functions

- Participate in One Europe alignment meetings

- Assist in managing external suppliers (cleaning - Hostess Beauty - shipping orders) and institutional GWPs

- Update and manage internal communication with stores

**Who we are looking for**:

- Analytical mindset

- Good use of Excel is a must, Power BI knowledge is a plus

- Proficiency in English

- Enthusiasm for Retail

- Passion for the Beauty industry is a plus
