**About the Role
- Participate and support campaign proposals with Sales and Campaign Management demonstrating a broad, yet detailed knowledge of the business.
- Proactively understand client's operational challenges, and appropriately support internal functions to help resolve potential operating constraints.
- Weekly monitoring of campaign results; proactively highlight key findings in order to take actions and share customized reports with the client.
- Manage and guide the Project team on delivery planning to maximise supply chain flexibility, whilst fulfilling projected sales demand.
- Adopt a global view of stock risk and proactively recommend options to minimise out of stock or surplus stock situations through close communication with supply chain management and logistics.
- Lead and initiate internal and external meetings, when necessary, inviting the relevant parties to participate in planning and implementation of the project plan.
- Manage business plans, budgets and processes; integrate information across departments and recommend appropriate action plans leading to successful campaign delivery.
This is a varied and challenging** **Project Manager role, offering exposure across a portfolio of global grocery and retail brands, where you will really be able to drive and maximise the growth potential within the region.
You will be able to inspire, lead, collaborate and develop within local and global teams who are designing solutions for our clients so that they can reach, reward and retain their loyalty customers across the digital and physical shopper journey.
**About You
As this role straddles numerous skills sets, your background could be in retail operations, FMCG, supply chain, loyalty marketing or perhaps even market research.
What is clear, is that you'll naturally be an analytical numbers person and, at the same time, have fantastic people skills to be able to engage stakeholders and deliver campaigns successfully.
With a passion for retail and shopper experience, you'll have a commercial and global approach, together with:
- Experience of stock/inventory planning, management and reporting.
- Extensive experience working with external suppliers and internal teams across the product lifecycle.
- Demonstrable experience of managing multiple projects to delivery, up to date with project management best practice.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to work in cross functional teams.
- A team player who will be able to manage and connect with multiple key internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate fluently and build relationships in Italian and English.
