Are you results orientated, with a strong teamwork spirit and sense of initiative?

Do you have excellent organizational, communication and prioritizing skills?

Do you have exceptional attention to details and data analysis experience?

Are you proficient on Microsoft Office, SAP and Business intelligence?

Do you have extensive previous retail experience (luxury is a plus)?

Can you speak both Italian and English (French is a plus)?

**What do we expect from you?

You will support the Retail Manager, in ensuring the productivity of the retail network, through monitoring and reviewing the performance of store teams and identifying staff performance improvement KPIs.

You will ensure the exceptional standards of our boutique environment, as well as our excellent aftersales procedures.

You will support our head office team as well, being part of a newly created and dynamic team, where no day look the same and the learning opportunities are endless.
