Job Title: Retail Pharmacist Location: Natrona Heights PA 15065 Payrate: $75/hourly Duration: 13 Weeks Contract Guarantee Hours: 32 Hours Shift: 8:00 AM 9:00 PM Days: Sun Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri Sat Your pay is based on whether you are in a local or travel position.

A travel position is defined as residing more than 50 miles from the facility.

Key Responsibilities: Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.

Counsel patients on the use dosage and potential side effects of medications.

Review prescriptions to ensure they are appropriate for the patient and check for potential drug interactions.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D. )

degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.

Valid state pharmacist license.

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

Skills: Pharmacology Knowledge : Understanding drug actions interactions and effects.

Patient Assessment : Evaluating patients medication needs and responses.

Medication Therapy Management (MTM) : Optimizing therapeutic outcomes for patients.

Disease Management : Knowledge of chronic and acute disease states ProblemSolving : Identifying and resolving medicationrelated issues.
