Position**:

The Procurement Specialist is responsible for the proper implementation of the purchasing process of assigned product categories, in line with the strategy, time and quality standards defined by the Procurement Category Manager and the Company Procurement Director.

- Provides analysis in order to support the definition of the purchasing strategy, the scouting, the spending and the needs' analysis

- He/she can promote synergies and best practices among the Loro Piana and the LVMH Groups Purchasing Community

- Collaborates - in a co-ownership context - with the stakeholders for the fulfillment of the internal SLA

- Contributes to the management and monitoring of the assigned categories budget, complying with the fixed saving goals and monitors the costs, defining and implementing the corrective actions to achieve the given goals, if requested

- He/she can make suggestion to the improvement of the purchasing tools and procedures

- Monitors the performance of the suppliers, proposing the evaluation's KPI, including parameters related with the compliance and the asset solidity, defining and implementing the corrective actions to achieve the given goals, if requested

- Manages the purchase orders related to the assigned product categories

**Profile**:

- Master Degree in Economics / Engineering

- At least 2-3 years of work experience in Purchasing

- Experience in the purchasing activities in one or more of the following area: service contracts, advisory, Mill works, furnitures, loose items, retail services, utilities

- Excellent result oriented, customer focus, integrity, reliability and interpersonal skills

- Strong computer skills and ability to work effectively with Microsoft Office and SAP MM

- Fluent English, both spoken and written; French is a plus

- Willing to business trip in Italy and abroad to visit subsidiaries and suppliers
