**Your role**:

We are in business to save our home planet.

You'll be helping us achieve this by supporting the Retail Repair Tech Specialist in making repairs on our products for our customers and wholesale partners.

With this role, you won't only play an active role in saving our home planet, but you will also keep alive the story of the products and help create more memories in the outdoors for our customers.

You will be able to interact with our customers and see their satisfaction as they walk out of our store with their newly repaired product.

**Main tasks**:

- Manage and register the product intake and outtake in our system - Keep our system up to date.

- Manage the inventory of trims and place trims orders when needed.

- Keep close contact with Repairs and Quality team in relation to the repair platform.

- Test and give feedback on the repair portal/app.

- Support the Retail Repair Tech Specialist advising walk-in customers with repair needs and receive product from our wholesale partners.

- Support the Retail Repair Tech Specialist in dismantling all items that are beyond repair from all the trims and spare parts we can reuse.

- Perform basic repairs.

**What we're looking for**:

- A love of the outdoors.

- A passion for saving our home planet and making a positive impact through your work.

- Basic experience in repairs.

- Eagerness to learn more about the different systems used in repairs and repair techniques.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

- Language skills: fluent in English and Italian.
