Primary job responsibilities:

Actively participate to generating sales and meeting sales targets "going the extra mile"

Responsible for the daily store operations

Develop a strong knowledge of the IPPOLITA brand and product including brand history, products, materials and construction

Build relationships & engage with high end clients, their spouses, friends when possible

Grow the IPPOLITA network through constant client outreach

Ensure every client experiences exceptional customer service Importante Azienda all interactions

Back house routine operation handling:

comply with product inventories procedures, layout check up, windows set up, etc.

Track and follow up on special orders and repairs

Adhere to thecompany policies and security requirements regarding working with high value merchandise

Skills, experience and other requirements:

Warm, welcoming personality and a passion for people/relationships

Passion for selling and implementing new selling techniques, new styling techniques and long term/consistent client wardrobe building initiatives

Highly interested in current, past and future trends within jewelry, fashion and design

Ability to initiate contact and communication

Willingness to adapt with a can-do attitude, a great team player, humble personality willing to work in a creative and collaborative atmosphere

Willingness to act professionally constantly under demanding requests & keep calm under internal & external factors

Ability to learn new systems quickly including chat systems, inventory management systems, POS systems and computers

Able to work varied hours/days occasionally including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays

Excellent and consistent communication skills in English (compulsory) and Italian, both in person and electronically

Other languages:

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese (both ideally) or Arabic, or Russian.
