YOUR ROLE In the Retail Space Management function, the Global projects team is responsible for building business transformation and simplification leading worldwide Visual Merchandising innovation projects.

Retail Space Management assistant will be responsible for Visual merchandising Retail discovery, dealing with two running projects: Capacity mapping and Picture masterdata collection.

The Retail Space Management assistant will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of capacity mapping, the development and implementation of the Master Data dashboard, and an increase in picture collection coverage.

To succeed in this role, the Retail Space Management assistant will collaborate with multiple stakeholders and proactively define key milestones for assigned projects, aligning them with identified business needs.

Successful applicant is a highly motivated neo-Graduate, with a good excel proficiency and a strong networking capability.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Capacity Mapping Master data project: Visual Merchandising Masterdata creation in cooperation with local stakeholders.

Development and setup of the Master Data dashboard Visual Merchandising Masterdata upload on corporate systems Visual Merchandising Space Planning North America team support.

Picture Ecosystem platform Training Tool maintenance MAIN REQUIREMENTS: Excel good knowledge Power point basic knowledge Networking and ability to interact with multiple international stakeholders.

Problem-solving attitude Ability to meet deadlines.
