Retail Store Allocator Italy & Greece
Purpose:
The Retail Store Allocator will drive operational excellence in execution of customer service accountabilities of all accounts under Retail umbrella (O&O, Franchise, Commissionaire) partnering with all key stakeholders across the Trading team/Distribution Centers/Logistics to ensure timely and accurate execution of order management, returns management and consolidated reporting views for Italy in order to achieve the Retail revenue and profitability plan.

- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES_
- Be the single point of contact for Italian and Greek stores/Franchise Customers providing consolidated view/reporting on order status/delivery
- Effectively review and analyze the order file, highlighting risks and opportunities using standard SAP processes and functionality.
- Ensure on time delivery for LSE product launches or tests (Pride, Capsules, Window campaigns ) to be aligned with marketing strategy and season timelines.
- Effectively anticipate new store opening plans, coordination across all key partners ensuring on time and complete new opening package delivery.
- Provide governance of pricing in Xstore system, acting as coordinator between Retail Ops and Retail IT ensuring pricing is maintained without disruption to store operations or sell out
- Act as the first level technical support for Retail Customer Service process/knowledge gaps as first filter ahead of IT escalation
- Create and maintain a close working relationship with Retail Replenishment Analyst, DMs, Finance and Logistic members.
- Provide support and cover for other CSs as required.
- JOB REQUIREMENTS_
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or Retail Management preferred
**Experience**:
- Retail Store Management and/or Retail Operations experience preferred
- 2-4 years in a corporate environment required; apparel industry preferred.
Order Management experience preferred.
Specialized Knowledge/Technical Skills:
- Ability to articulate key performance indicators, and how they are used in key systems/tools.
- Technical proficiency with computer software tools and ability to learn new ones quickly (SAP or ERP order management system, Microsoft Office Back office Retail EPOS system knowledge experience beneficial)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel
Decision Making and Problem solving:
- Ability to work independently to resolve problems, balancing commercial needs with operational excellence
- Ability to partner across multiple key stakeholders and understand back office Retail Operations dependencies in order to make accurate decisions on execution.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
Communication:
- Ability to influence across the geo trading pods
- English fluent, spoken and written
- Good listening, written and oral communication skills, reflecting an appropriate sense of urgency
- Proven ability to work with diverse teams
