Retail Store Manager

Role
Your task is to manage and organize the Store staff to ensure the achievement of set objectives in terms of sales and profits, constantly offering a premium service to all customers.
**Responsibility
**Sales**:
- Maximize sales by effectively managing the work team
- Control and analyze the main KPIs including entries, conversion rate and average receipts
- Manage the Store spaces to optimize sales potential
- Contribute to the definition budgets with your direct manager.
- Monitor sales performance on a daily basis and promptly inform your manager in case of significant deviations from budget forecasts
**Customers**:
- Ensure that the highest level of customer service is guaranteed within the Store
- Provide and maintain the highest standards in terms of visual merchandising
**Costs**:
- Continuously monitor the Store management cost items.
- Reduce possible losses to a minimum, in order to increase profits
- Manage the organization and rotation of Store staff according to established budgets
- Implement rigid procedures to minimize losses in turnover resulting from damaged goods and/or thefts.
**Security**:
- Ensure compliance with all internal procedures relating to cash management
- Manage all aspects relating to the internal security of the Store, including that of subcontracted operators
- Supervise all activities within the Store
**Operations**:
- Collaborate with the purchasing office to guarantee correct replenishments to the Store, with particular attention to peak periods and according to the most important batches
- Interact with the warehouse to ensure that deliveries are made according to the scheduled timing
- Collaborate with the finance department to manage the administrative operations of the Store
- Optimize the management of dedicated stock
- Contribute to the growth of the team by sharing one's knowledge, relevant information and best practices with the Store Managers of other stores
**Marketing**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all activities are carried out according to schedule and check that the cash system is aligned with existing promotional activities
Personnel management:
- Guide, motivate and develop all members of your staff
- Organize work shifts based mainly on peak periods and scheduled matches
- Monitor the Store's performance clearly and effectively
- Carry out regular performance evaluations of your team members, in order to identify any training needs and promote professional growth opportunities
**Experience
- Many years of referenced experience in the retail sector
- Proven ability to achieve set objectives, optimize sales and control costs
- Experience of working in dynamic environments with high psychological pressure
- Aptitude for teamwork and relationships with external partners
- Proven experience in personnel management
- Ability to optimize all available resources
- Great leadership skills and business aptitude
- Ability to take on responsibilities and work independently
- Passion for football and the world of sport in general
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
