This role calls for a leader with a background in managing perishables and overseeing teams of 30+ employees.

As Store Manager, you will drive overall store performance, spearhead inventory resets, and spend approximately 70% of your time on the floor, actively engaging with your well-staffed team.

Retail Store Manager Responsibilities • Lead store operations, profitability, and customer satisfaction• Manage staff of 80–90, including Assistant Managers and department leads• Coach team members and assign daily tasks• Oversee inventory, scheduling, and customer service• Track KPIs and address performance concerns• Implement merchandising and marketing plans• Troubleshoot system issues and support cashiers• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards• Align store culture with company values• Build strong relationships with staff, vendors, and corporate teams

Retail Store Manager Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a retail store manager or supervisor required• Experience managing perishable food products required• Experience leading or managing teams of 30+ employees required• Proficiency with MS Office applications required
