Company Description
Atlante is NHOA's new Global Business Line dedicated to build the first EV Fastcharging Network enabled by renewables, energy storage and 100% grid-integrated.
The Atlante project is the result of the partnership between NHOA - which develops and invests in the network being owner and operator - Free2Move eSolutions, in the role of supplier of charging technology, and Stellantis automotive group.
Position
You will be the right hand of the Global Chief Growth Officer, and in charge of developing and implementing important aspects of Atlante's growth strategy, with a specific focus on developing strategic partnership and synergies with large retail operators.
That includes implementing where possible, while adapting where needed, the business model of ATLANTE to the specific needs of the retail markets and defining a facts-and analysis-based strategies to become a key partner of the main retail operators in developing the Atlante network in the specific market sector.
**Responsibilities**:
- You will be in charge of partnerships and developing a strategy to boost synergies with retail accounts
- Work closely and on a day-to-day basis with the CGO, the General Manager, Head of Infrastructure and VP of Public Affairs as well as with the central team, to develop and implement Atlante targets in the retail market sector over 4 countries;
- Work with countries' growth teams, both in a role of leadership and guidance as well as practical support when required to implement growth strategies;
- Analyze and deeply understand ATLANTE's business model.
Become fully conversant with the key value drivers and their interaction;
- Support leadership and commercial teams with the development of a clear and well-defined commercial propositions and strategic partnership approaches as well as assessing potential joint ventures, minority investment or acquisition opportunities in the retail sector;
- Work with the CGO and the commercial teams to prepare presentations, KPIs, KFIs etc.
both for internal and external reporting;
- Prepare and participate in meetings with potential strategic partners in the retail sector;
- Provide feedback to the commercial and development teams, for continuous improvement and optimization of site selection and development;
- Contribute to the strategic decisions and goal setting for future site acquisition and development;
- Imagine, study and implement new revenues model complementary to public charging and energy management (booking, advertising. . ), managing potential local pilots, when appropriate
- Proactively design processes and work methodologies which are digital, replicable, and scalable to the maximum extent possible.
Contribute to the creation or improvement of digital tools and systems as part of your work culture;
- Promote a culture of cost-effectiveness for the benefit of the end-users.

**Requirements**:
- Proven ability to manage, prioritize, and communicate competing deadlines

- Ability to prioritise specific tasks through prescribed processes, as well as identify, document, and implement improvements

- Demonstrated ability to communicate quickly and succinctly in communication tools

- Prior management experience preferred
- Prior success in mentoring and guiding more junior staff
